Life Coaching—For adult women, we offer intuitive life coaching services where we assist women in finding and living their best lives. We guide them on the path of wholistic wellness. Through personal and group life coaching, we help women push through FEAR toward Empowerment! Our next sessions will open in December 2009 and start in January 2010. Conversation PEACE— Addressing the Needs of Our Future
As part of our mission, You Can Love Your Life Now!.com has implemented “Conversation PEACE”, a series of workshops geared toward empowering teenage girls.
With Conversation PEACE, we go into local schools and youth groups and have a dynamic, multifaceted “conversation” aimed at addressing many of the issues that plague our young girls today. This provides not only an open dialogue between adult women and teen girls, but also provides a tool for empowering young women to make informed decisions in the course of their daily lives!
While geared toward young women, Conversation PEACE can also be facilitated effectively for mixed-gendered groups or classes.
Catch Up With a Girlfriend Day!—This wonderful day happens twice a year and gives us ladies a chance to catch up with all the girlfriends that we have been meaning to get into contact with. As women—often the primary caregivers for our families, whether for children or aging parents—we often neglect to take good care of ourselves. And as women, we also need connections with other women in peaceful, enriching and fulfilling ways. Catch Up With A Girlfriend Day is designed to just this.
