Day 8: The Power of Liberation!

I was wholly unprepared for today’s lesson!  Liberation is fine and good as a concept, but today we put our intentions where our mouth is and had a ceremony for truly liberating ourselves from all the gunk in our past; from all the negative images and guilt and thought patterns and beliefs that we were holding onto.
